Midsummers Eve, Sweden Stockholm. Taking my new D810 to the battlefield for this historic event was fun but dangerous. The Swedish Midsummer weather lived up to its usual crappy self, grey rolling rain clouds coming in from every direction. Painting a somber canvas for this celebration.
It turned out to be a really good day though, with happy people coming from all over the world to witness what a Midsummers Eve celebration is all about. Dancing and singing with all the songs that goes with the celebration. Jumping like frogs to ” Little frogs”, riding the carrousel in ” Here is the carrousel” to clapping and stomping in the ”Rocket” as the final song closing the festivities around the Midsummers pole.
